Driving a Water Secure and Resilient Zambia
About ZAWAFE
The Zambia Water Forum and Exhibition (ZAWAFE) is Zambia’s premier multi-stakeholder platform for dialogue, collaboration and knowledge exchange on water, sanitation, hygiene, public health and environmental sustainability. Since its inception in 2011, ZAWAFE has successfully convened Fourteen forums, bringing together government, water utilities, the private sector, development partners, academia, researchers, civil society, communities and other national and international stakeholders.
ZAWAFE provides a platform for stakeholders from Zambia, the SADC region and the broader international community to network, exchange knowledge, share best practices and explore innovative solutions to critical water and sanitation challenges. Its discussions encompass water resources management, sanitation and hygiene, public health, research, policy development and implementation, environmental sustainability and climate resilience.
Through collaboration and knowledge sharing, ZAWAFE promotes the integration of sustainable water and sanitation management into Zambia’s social and economic development agenda.
